Mary believes massage is an integral part of a person’s wellness routine and that massage therapists are an important part of a person’s health and wellness team.

As a runner Mary has spent many hours on the massage table preparing for or recovering from the stress running can put on the body.  After experiencing the positive results massage brought to her life, she decided to make massage therapy her second career so she could share its benefits with others.

She is a graduate of Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and after completing massage school, she continued her studies to become a neuromuscular therapist. She gives a very intentional massage using her knowledge of anatomy and physiology and a number of different massage techniques to create a customized client experience.

Originally from Vermont, Mary loves to be active.  She runs, does yoga, and weight trains.  She offers Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, and Reiki.
