Mary is a graduate of Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and a firm believer that massage is an integral part of a person’s health and wellness routine. As an active person and one who spent many years in the corporate world, Mary embraced massage for her own health and rejuvenation. She was so impressed with the positive results massage brought to her life, she decided to make massage therapy her second career so she could share its benefits with others. Mary passionately embraces learning new things and after completing massage school, she continued her studies to become a neuromuscular therapist. She gives a very intentional massage using her knowledge of anatomy and physiology and a number of different massage techniques to create a customized client experience. Originally from Vermont, Mary loves to be active. She runs, does yoga, and weight trains. She offers Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, and Reiki.
